And that’s common that parents- immigrants first give up on the mothertongue and in time come to understanding its importance in the lives of their children. At our school, we teach Russian not only to fluent speakers of this language, but also to those who have never had any exposure to it. Our method is intensive, and we not only use texts for reading but also songs, which our students learn with joy and which do help them accelerate mastering the pronunciation. Those, who learn Russian, participate in the recitals together with musicians. We welcome parents to also participate in lessons and recitals, which is very beneficial for families and helps create a better bond.
