https://youtube/watch?v=3oW1RuGqw7g So Matt Rankin challenged me to do the ice bucket challenge to help raise awareness for Amyotrohpic Lateral Sclerosis (for all those that havent been able to answer what ALS stands for). ALS is a Motor Neuron Disease which causes Muscular atrophy from disuse resulting from the death of the neurons that innervate said muscles. On average life expectancy for a patient from day of diagnosis to death is 3 years. So what I am challenging anyone and everyone who sees this post, is to take 10 minutes to actually research the disease after you make a donation instead of taking 10 minutes to make a video of you dumping some ice water on your head and watch the video I posted. I may have been given a bad break, but Ive got an awful lot to live for The Iron Horse himself...gave me chills.
