https://youtube/watch?v=B_L8ca7AKEA With American Sniper coming out in theaters, I thought Id show another Navy SEAL not known by many people. Adam Brown in his late teens and early twenties was addicted to crack cocaine and heroin. He gave his life to Jesus Christ, found a woman who loved him, and he joined the Navy as his last chance to save his own life. He went to BUD/S, made it to the SEAL teams. Then lost his right eye and three fingers on his right hand in a humvee accident. Went to NSW Sniper school and made it, and then went to DEVGRU (Team 6) selection and made it through, all while being at a severe disadvantage. He did not write this book. Someone else did and they wrote it after he died. There are men out there who do tremendous and courageous things for us and our freedom and never get recognized. But that is why that profession is so amazing. It is men doing heroic, courageous things every day, shoveling the shit, and they never get the glory or the recognition. The quiet professional. The selfless warrior. And Adam Brown is one of thousands out there who deserve appreciation and never get it. So, here it is. Thank you to ALL men and women who serve.
