https://youtube/watch?v=CrrIZxMIGhM Hi, My name is Javier ‘Pato’ Muñoz. I was born in Montevideo, Uruguay, in 1964, and I’ve been a professional musician for 32 years. After having studied guitar, harmony, composing and arranging and electric bass, which is my instrument, in my hometown, I studied bass at the Padre Antonio Soler Conservatory in El Escorial (Madrid, Spain). Over the years I’ve worked with artists such as Diego El Cigala, Niña Pastori, La Barbería del Sur and Nono García, and I’ve played for others, like Paloma San Basilio, Azúcar Moreno, or Raphael in tours, videos and studio recordings. I combine all of this with teaching bass, and, lately, with the recording of my album and Bass Play Along book ‘Todos los barrios’. It’s a fusion jazz project consisting of 8 tracks, entirely composed and arranged by me. The mix of rhythms and sounds contained in ‘Todos los barrios’, ‘Graciela’, ‘Funk blues’, ‘Doña María’, ‘Nana del pequeño tigre’ (parts 1 y 2), ‘Candombe para Lautaro’ and ‘Quién sabe’ features Javier Crespo on guitars; Patxi Pascual on sax, flute and bass clarinet; Gherardo Catanzaro and Julio Awad on pianos and keyboards; and Yayo Morales y Willy Muñoz on drums, Alfredo Chacón and Martín Bruhn on percussion, along with Hugo ‘Foca’ Machado on candombe drums. Hoping that is to your liking i send the link to my page where you can know some more: patomunoz/ Link to download my album Todos los barrios: https://dropbox/sh/gijtuxtfre5hxz2/GdxNnjnBaH Master class vídeo: youtube/watch?v=GMzcD811A7Y youtube/watch?v=qhjvkm3o2Fc Thank you so much for your attention.
