https://youtube/watch?v=Dwli6_YC764 Heres a video of my run with Link yesterday. Honestly, this is one of the worst videos I have to post as of yet. Link started out strong, but was very easily distracted. I dont mind the looking around, glad hes enjoying himself, but this run was one of the first times in a long time that he physically got off the trail to chase something. Then by the end, he completely lost his motivation. I hooked him up to his collar and he heeled as we walked back. Not all our runs are perfect though, which is why I still wanted to post. Link is not used to running alone anymore, although he was fantastic running alone a year ago, he had gotten used to having a partner, and his motivation was gone. Im glad that I got him out alone, and was able to see what state he was in. I will be doing a lot more runs with my dogs alone to ensure that they are still motivated on the run itself and not too reliant on having a specific partner with them :) Overall it was a productive and fun run!
