https://youtube/watch?v=GcGcPRHmtYc DYLANS WICKED WEDNESDAY WEEKLY WORKOUT TIPS You dont need a fancy gym to get fit, go outdoors and breath in fresh air and make the environment your gym! Strength conditioning can be achieved simply doing body weighted exercises. Set aside an easy 30 minutes completing a circuit of push ups, sit ups, lunges, squats, pull ups, Prone holds, hill sprints...etc There are many to choose from but you should aim to work 3-5 muscle groups in one session doing maximum reps on each. Then repeat the exercises completing three sets. This can get boring after a while so........ For those of you looking for a bit more I enjoy plyometric workouts. This is a high intensity workout and should only be attempted if you have good form and good base fitness. Plyometrics focuses on fast explosive movements such as box jumps or explosive push ups.
