https://youtube/watch?v=GyLkg3uDe1c The First book I read was that was not the bible… was The Autobiography of a Yoga. I was14 year old. I questioned the mold that I was being placed in. I was told it was ok to kill. I did not accept it and silently questioned what i was being taught. I read that book and I was moved to know there could be a change. Jesus was my master, the truth, the light and the way. The time he disappeared for 30 years… it was suggested that he went to the east and learned a way of Love from some mystical masters. I wanted to know, so quietly I studied, and I learned it was OK to be in the journey on a spiritual path… on the Red Road as my Native Brothers call it. Life was not about seeking material things, Trophies, money, the afterlife, life was about living now in the moment, and living for peace and my fellow humans. Be invisible, do not become a target. Seek the wisdom of Saul. Seek the way of the holy man. I learned to stop looking at man, and outside for the answer. It is found inside of each of us. I learned meditation, yoga, how to be still, and let it all flow not just around me, but within me. It has served me well. Thank you Swami.
