Only two moves not recorded from the prime movers, only 3 moves from the secondary work, and during the arms portion, each move is repeated twice, so I got half of that. Everything is paused, except during the levers, I could have paused longer during the lever portion. Vest is 60 pounds (obviously) but some of the moves used more. 110 pounds (50 pound dumbbell with the vest) during the pause chinups, 160 pounds (2 50 pound dumbbells with the vest) during the pocket squats. 160 pounds during the pause calf raises (2 50 pounds dumbbells and vest) 110 pounds (50 pound kettlebell and vest) during the pause goblet squats, and also 72 pounds (12 pound medicine ball with vest) during the ring pause dips. Also happy I got 3 reps of one handed pause pushups, since a couple weeks ago, that was what I was doing with a 40 pound vest. 4 Ball Hindu Pushups and Pike Pause Presses are absolutely brutal with 60 added pounds lol.
