Our mind is the most important part of our bodies and under Gods wisdom does He provide ways to grow in understanding of good holistic health. He wishes that we have a life more abundant and fulfilling. Which in the long run will help us, especially when we make better decisions now instead of later. Praise God, He is our only sustainer and guide. :)
