https://youtube/watch?v=KxIvkFRU0oo a couple months back someone in here asked what gundam meant to most people. some people stated the obvious, a super advanced robotic prototype piloted by a teenager who for some reason is the only one able to pilot it accurately. others mentioned what this video portrays in my opinion...if you know the scenes and lines like i do to most of these series. that gundams are a sign of hope. i`ve been...well forced by a friend of mine to watch the older series of gundam, and even watching those whenever people who ally with the gundams see them its like in halo seeing a spartan on the field. and in most cases the pilots seem to subconsciously...well if they were real in that case they portray just that. spouting off speeches about people needing to see how stupid war is and how we all need to work together and such. i dunno maybe i`m reading too much into the scenes used, but along with the song and how well they placed certain scenes to mee it really explains through various gundam series that exact fact: that in gundam...that machine called gundam is usually a sign of a hope....a sign of a brighter future.
