But it has led me to question my belief in God. When I think on that doubt, I remember what my father said about God. That it is your own belief, and no one can MAKE you believe in a god or gods, its your own choice and you are the only one who can change your opinion about it. Which led me to remembering this movie: 2001- space odyssey. Its based on apes finding a black monolith, then evolving into humans. Then humans searching for this monolith artifact, without realizing that the monolith is god, or atleast an interpretation of god. Stanley Kubrick, the director of 2001, space odyssey has stated that its up to the viewers interpretation of what the black monolith is suppose to be- but its quite clear that Brad LaRochelle had it right. That it is suppose to be some kind of object god used to advance humans. I miss you dad.
