Im going to be going through 5 weeks of chemo and 5 weeks of daily radiation, just to prep for a big operation. I live in Health food/nut grand central, and am bombarded with advice. I have friends who insist that juicing will CURE me. I have friends who believe that cannabis therapy will CURE me. I dont really think that they will cure me; Im putting my faith in western medical science. Sure, juicing is excellent practice, and is very good as a healthy lifestyle that is probably very preventative. But cure? I have friends who are sorta angry that I am not skipping/rejecting chem for juicing. Same with the pot. As for the pot - well, I figure Im in the top 10% for quantity ingested, and top 10% for quality. Juicing is healthy and will be good for me, Im already almost vegetarian, and de eat very healthily. This cancer is a result of a physical defect in me that is getting me. I had Barretts Syndrome ten years ago, a corrective operation, but it still came on. I am getting a feeding tube, and I was joking that I could pour a (room temperature) beer down it, but DARN! the doctor said it will be in my upper intestine - so no beer down it. My stomach will be operated on, so the tube cant be there. OH, well, ... ... Im optimistic. Im strong, a good healer, in great health (you know, otherwise ... ... ) with a really perfect physical just recently. I have a high pain threshold, and am not a Foodie, so lets go BIG!
