https://youtube/watch?v=Q26kcAK2b7w Super challenging balance workout today (these are some good clips of it.) Hit a (or tied) PR on my 60 pound, 50 pound and 40 pound pause pistol squats. Got some newer moves such a 2 ball handstand wall pause pike press, one arm one ball pike pause press, and the clapping pause pike press. Watch me struggle on the single leg hip thrusts (my room is too short to record them that way, lesson learned.) Another lovely pause workout. Overall, no complaints, very happy with progress.
