I especially want to hear the input of two friends, David Combs and Jason Ross I for one am iffy but if this is not a tax on something you NEED (like cigarrette tax) and that plagues its people but can be curbed, an indirect measure such as this seems harmless (in fact, opposite) to me but I am in a safety zone of trying to eliminate caffeine from my diet and even on less caffeinated or non pops I rarely have to begin with, same with not being affected by the smokers taxes. And in general I dont like corporations being treated like people and affecting or trying to affect the government with their bigger resources than any individual person or place of unbiased survey and information or not polluted by bigger dollar and detered by such outside of non-intrusive adds in elections that can easily be investigated and identified in all forms (unlike coorporations under certain forms that hide members and motives as this person shows).
