A lot of people out there may have heard that LucasArts used to make great games, and that the best of those games were on PC. Well, the very best game they ever made is X-Wing: Alliance. Not only was it the most advanced X-Wing game, but its story was also the best in the series, and it had tons of content. If you love the old Star Wars, you owe it to yourself to play this game (if you can)! And if the graphics dont quite cut it for you, take advantage of the work of a community I used to be part of: X-Wing: Alliance Upgrade xwaupgrade/ Not all of the hundreds of models have been remodeled/upgraded, but most of the models that are most frequently seen have been. Some new advances in hacking XWAU have been made that have allowed even more up-to-date graphics. Also, XWA is technically capable of rendering in widescreen aspect ratios and higher resolutions. There are some tricks to doing that. If anyone wants, Ill make a video soon showing how. You will need a joystick to play this game.
