https://youtube/watch?v=TfBrv5qWAO0 This is my attempt at the 200 pushup challenge. The times I seen for tops were 11 something and I want to say 9:40 or so. After my failed attempt at counting, I finished the challenge in......... Check it out and see. Pushups are a great calisthenics workout to target: Pectoralis major- Chest Deltoids- Shoulders Triceps brachii- Triceps Serratus anterior-under armpit Abdominal muscles-Abs,core Pushups are a great strength builder as it is consider a compound exercise because it works multiple muscles.
