I seriously doubt they could pass an elementary Sunday School test about the Bible. They are the true hypocrites- just like the Pharisee of old. They stand outside the faith (while claiming to have it) demanding perfection of others, while they do nothing to bring righteousness within themselves. They persecute those struggling in the faith while remaining comfortable in their own sinfulness. If Christ were their guide, they would stand for and against those things He was for and against. They conform to the world rather than His teachings. Sure, there are those who fail within the church. Struggle and fail themselves ( and they will) then they to will become humbled, meek, poor in spirit, and hungry for righteousness - just as Christ said the blessed would be. . Robert J. Macauley Tolerance for most who conform to the standards or this world, is thought of as loving. It is exulted over what is right and at the expense of what is true. Those who partake, do so because they no long know what is right or true. It seems all relevant. They have no sure foundation. All they have left is to celebrate the differences and applaud one another who do the same.
