This is coming from someone who thought the Ferguson incident was blown way out of proportion and I believe if you attack a cop and get shot its on you. But this cop (as seen in the video) should be responsible for this guys death. When someone says I cant breath, you dont start a pile on, smoosh his face into the concrete while hes in a Brutus the Barber choke hold. Especially when hes not posing any kind of threat.
