Something happened in my shoulder joint during the twist that made me unable to put any more weight on it and forced me to jump down to the floor - I think it might have momentarily partially dislocated. I had fully warmed up and stretched beforehand, and Id done that move a million times without any issues. Ive never had joint problems. It was a scary reminder that no matter how many times you practice, something can always go wrong.
