Part of Round 1 (first part was in the other video) and pike pause leg raise elevated presses from round 2 and all of 3 of the secondary work! Also rounds 1 and 3 of the arm work. Battery died after the hammer curls, still had kickbacks to show. The hammer curls and military presses with the Iron Bull Strength 2.5 T Grips were brutal! Same with the chinups, only got 3 because with that 8 seconds of time under tension for each rep, my grip failed. Really happy with the elevated leg raised pike presses, that tempo and depth is killer!
