The story behind the second half is that it was originally recorded as an instrumental track without the bassists knowledge. When he found it just before it was ready to be pressed and released, he decided two can play at that game, and he recorded the vocals you hear there without telling anybody else, as a prank. The lead singer eventually found out before the others, but he agreed to pretend to not know, and to pretend to be P.O.d when the rest of them found out.
