https://youtube/watch?v=xgXo4ybigpM Hi everyone! A video Ive always thought to be especially meaningful is for All I Need by Radiohead. This video shows a day in the life for two children. One in Westernized country, and another from, (though its assumed to be in Asia - probably the Phillipines considering this video was released after the scandal with Nike). Though the children are the same age, the video shows how drastically different their lives are. While though boy in the Westernized country (presumably the United States or the UK) eats freely, goes to school to learn, watches television and colors, the other child is woken up after sleeping on the floor, and forced to work immediately. While we watch the Western child go about his day, the other boy works to assemble what we discover to be parts for shoes. These shoes are the same type that the Westernized boy is wearing. This video was released explicitly for a campaign to raise awareness for child labor, and I think it does a great job of doing that.
