hungry kids....e home after school...to delish smell of dinner..... chicken pot pie two frozen or refridge pie crusts......ease one crust into deep pie pan take one pkg 10 oz. frozen peas ncarrots....rinse in water to separate. then drain melt 1/3 cup of margarine in saucepan stir in 1/3 cup flour 1/3 cup chopped onion salt n pepper 1and 3/4 cup chicken broth( swanson or any ) 2/3 cup whole milk. hear to boiling stirringfor 1 min stir in 3 cups of shredded whie rotisser,cooked chicken from deli or store and peas n carrots pour into crust..... add top crust. pierce to vent turn ctust edges under.... or flute bake in 400 degee oven for 35 mins till golden.....yum for ur kids....with tosses salad
