hymns .....its raining, so i left the door open, hoping you would come back to me i feel the breeze, and i miss your caress...your soft pleas and your moaning... please come home... i see your dress, rippling with the wind, as it gently tosses your hair i wish i was there with you so you could take my hand and fly away with me... away to where our paradise lies untouched, there only for us... and id sing to you from the bottom of my heart and the depths of my soul of the joy you bring to this worn-out shell, now grown so old... my house is cold, come in and close the door well sit by the hearth, and the flames will roar at our blessed reunion once more... ...oh, but i forget...you have not happened yet... tis but a dream i entertain every waking hour. my nights are full of shadows and events, concerning matters of your heart, and your one true love. i envy that man...whose face i cannot see... for he now has the one thing near and dear to me... you. so please...when you finally exist, i insist you come around for a hot cup of tea and some philosophy by the fire... i know we havent met...but do you ever think of me?... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- hers i wish it would rain so youd open your door, and step outside so i can see your face once more... i know i havent met you, but, do you ever think of me too?... if only i could dream you into reality...id hope to have you here by me philosophy on the sun-porch and a cool glass of tea... its true, she probably loves you...i still cant see her face, but in my dreams, she right next to you does she own your heart?...or have you even started?... i expect a heartful of regret, and a ladleful of sorrows for all my tomorrows... but, i know the day will come when youll be real, and true life will play its part Lord, i pray, create my love...who sees only me in his heart...
