Why? watch the video, and for everyones reference before watching the video: fact, Philippines is #1 in Voice Support Globally, fact, Philippines/NCR is the 2nd top preferred bpo destination and Cebu is at number 8, fact, in 2005 we only had 100t workers, in 2014 we already have close to 1M workers, fact, Philippines BPO revenue grew by 25% CAGR year on year from 2005 to 2014 - in layman terms our business grew more than 200% in the same period. fact, by 2016 the revenue/remittance will be equal to ofw remittance, fact, the industry is the second biggest employer in the Philippines after the Govt. fact, the worlds biggest contact centers have been in the Philippines more than ten years and counting, Convergys-Stream, Teleperformance-PeopleSupport, Sykes. all of which continue to grow. Fact, only the Philippines has IBPAP with a well defined roadmap for the future. Fact, WE DONT NEED TO BRING DOWN OTHER COUNTRIES TO PULL OURSELVES UP. YES ALL THE FACTS ABOUT STORMS, EARTHQUAKES AND GOVT. PROBLEMS, INFRASTRUCTURE ARE TRUE. BUT WE NEVER DENIED IT AND WORKED HARD TO PULL OURSELVES OUT OF IT. WE DID IT AND STILL DOING IT WITHOUT PULLING ANYONE DOWN. SO YES, FACT, WE ARE LEARNING TO LET GO OF OUR CRAB MENTALITY. Malaysia should be worried Aegis is coming in.
