i am writing this at 2355 on NYE. dinner at phyllis was a success, geoffreys sister michelle surprised everyone by coming down from queensland for a week and everyone was happy with the food. i impressed myself by remembering to take pics and i even posted them ! hahaha. i have tried a lot of cinnamon roll recipes over the years, but this is the best one to date. i will let you know how they fare overnight. that is always the test. almost anything tastes good fresh from the oven, its how much it dries out overnight (when it comes to bread). the potato salad was very tasty. the potatoes were floury enough that it looked right. i hate it when the potatoes stay in shape too much. the dressing never sticks correctly. lol. i havent tried the lemon pie yet, but the peach/apricot squares were yummy. i hope everyone stays safe and sound and hangs around to drive us all nuts next year ! 5-4-3-2-1 !!!!!!! HAPPY NEW YEAR ! xxx
