..i applaud the 420k students who sat the 2013 k.c.s.e, wetha they passed or failed, their mental faculty av element of academic transformation., however, as much as i do so, i regret to notice that it is only 123k students who has the chance to enter universities, but worse enuf our universities av the capacity of 40k students only...!! JAB will admit the top layer based BEST OF THE BEST decision theory..!! Owt abt the remainder 83k..? of wich the main rmainder of 127k students mst of them av merits to join colleges/ poltchncs..!! It is this micro-management of academic dynamics n scramble for higher education and harsh economic situations, esp da yuthz, that is making labour market very saturated n labour supply exceeding labour demand..!! worse enuf the govt, neither da previous ones av ever come up wth elaborate n 360° measure n programmes to cushion the yuth against social-economics n political confrontations! politics dominate such initiatives e.g YEDF, KKV n Uwezo fnd...
