i cant believe one big change in my life and thats weight. me and my mate Amy g weigh d how selves a couple of year ago. i was 9 and half stone 2 pound under weight. i now weigh 11 stone ideal weight. im off to get a new ticket from leisure cent re now. so my mate can read it propley. bmi 18 or below is under weight 18-25 is ideal weight ovewr 25 is over weight. my bmi is 21.5 and i am amazed at ideal weight. i havnt had an addiction for over two years and dont intend to use it recreational again.
