i did a days worth of acting for a cool rotoscope movie being shot in pawtucket, ri a few months back. no lines, more of a body actor, as ill be completely drawn out and my body motions will be used to aid the animation process of rad tribal folk. i had plans of doing one or two more days of shooting, but my car ended up temporarily falling apart, followed by my body for a short stint. anyways.....i forgot to grab the paycheck for the days worth of acting and one of the creators of the project also writes various sci fi. today i had the privilege of receiving, via usps(best), a dark horse comics tradepaperback and a paycheck stuck inside the comic, from the previously mentioned co-creator/writer. i liked how that cherry of my life just got popped. from now on, i will only accept paychecks that are aided by comic books, or at least cherish those paychecks aided by comics more then ones without. because it felt real good. i also received the new eric paul 7in spoken word record, the man who cant say no (which i hustled a painting for too little to afford before it sold out.) but im now away for a few days from my record player. suppose i should read , gots to poor some epoxy first before the bugs come out at night....making art outside the city.
