i dnt get it...i need to read the road manual again..its been a while..Pedestrian have the right away yes!!!! i know this!!!-i do obey the law...now when a Pedestrian breaks the law and walks on a red light..and i approach the corner warning them that i have the right of way by blowing my horn BUT YET.. i get pulled over.oh !!!and tells me i didnt break..please why in the world would i want to hurt someone..of course i breaked and slowed DOWN TO ALMOST A CRAWL PLUS I WAS DOING THE SPEED LIMIT t..and the POLICE officer gives me a warning..whats wrong with this??? are they in the right..even if they are wrong...this is a continuing problem in kw ..as jay walking is--i dnt see any policemen ever enforcing that law?????.or crossing on a red light...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!..kw is like a zoo down town especially on Duval...I JUST FOUND THIS ON THE INTERNET---Just like drivers, pedestrians have to follow specific rules when crossing a street where traffic lights control the movement of people and vehicles.
