i find it depressing when i see people posting things like at least my teeth arent yellow or Darn, had to cut my vacation short a day cause it snowed or what nice new blouse should i wear to this upcoming wedding or I dont have enough money to take my pet to the vet but all the while posting and checking in at nail salon/hair salon/nightclubs. lets put this in some perspective, shall we? My teeth are yellow and i am missing a few of them.........because i chose to save dogs/cats. I dont get a vacation.........because i chose to save dogs/cats. i dont have any new clothes................ ..because i chose to save dogs/cats. I give up my bathroom.....................because i chose to save dogs/cats. I drive an older car.............because i chose to save dogs/cats. i have no social life...............because i chose to save dogs/cats. i give up the pedicure/manicure/haircuts/hair coloring, nights out on the town every weekend.................because i chose to save dogs/cats. how many of you are willing to go without the finer things in life to be able to say i saved a few hundred lives this year? just so aggravating to see those posts when they really dont give up very much at all. i am pretty sure most people wouldnt give up their lifestyles to save an animal but have no problem asking me to take that animal off their hands
