i find it so cool how fast the human race grew technologically in only about 700 years. before that we spent around 200,000 years with swords and spears and rocks. but in this small time frame around 1300 we made guns the most advanced thing at the time.for the next 600 years we worked to develope those guns further and further. but then at the turn of the 20th century we made this technological boom. everything you see today from uses of electricity to nukes to a phone that can access the collective knowledge of the human race in seconds were all created in about the span of only 100-150 years. after thousands of years of practically nothing, we built our modern society in only 100 years. ive always found this so amazing.
