i got some gratefuls going on tonite. im grateful to Lili Lavelle Weibley cause im eating her soup that she left on the stairs. and without her id be hungry. im thankful she didnt give any to Christin Joy because it has carots in it and shed die. im grateful that christin is in miami to get Mary Ann Parks and im grateful to everyone who made a donation, no matter how small because thats how were getting her home to continue her journey as an outpatient. im thankful for Mary Porterfield for hellping me find mary an apartment. im grateful for Aron Kylene Rook and Michael Mudgrunt who said, what can we do? to help make your Daddy, Whats The Middle Class? book launch successful on the 6th (tomorrow). and im super grateful to the person who just told me that mary grew up across the street from the store her parents owned. and that mary would cross the street every day and read the paper cover to cover WHEN SHE WAS FIVE. and ever after. mary deserves a chance to pull that shining intellect out of its case and go around the world with it teaching others about homelessness, poverty, mental illness and the challenges of being alone in the world. and im grateful marys not alone in the world anymore. amen.
