i have a bad experience from QNB since the bank with name NSGB and till now every month i facing a new issues on my account and very bad treatment from the staff and always they direct me to the centre bank of egypt to take an action .. the below mail i sent to the bank ( Quality and complain) but no action till now and they deliberately steal mony from us .. me and many frds face the same issues ( Dear Sir, Hope you are doing well, I am sending this email as an official complaint as I have been badly treated and lack of professionalism and incompetence showed by Mr. Ahmed Adel Branch manager and Omar Hussein assistant manager(Lebanon Branch) The incident is as follows: - Ive received call dated on 24 March. From your legal dep. Asking me to pay due amounts for my loan (5 Months) equal LE 2600 and there is legal action has been taken against me and he directed me to Lebanon branch to solve my problem!!! Although the bank was deducted the amount from my payroll automatically on monthly basis from year ago. - Dated on 25/03/2013 Ive visited your bank to discuss this issue and I met Mr. Ahmed Adel (Branch manager) and Omar Hussein (Assistant bank manager) but they told me that is wrong info from legal dep. and those amounts were penalties in advance and monthly fees and this is new Bank polices. And I should pay this amount!!! amount is LE 2250 - After discussing the issue with the manager he advised me to pay LE 2000 ONLY instead of LE 2250 as it is by mistake from their side as no professional communications from bank side to its customers, and will be refund next month as system policy. - 26 March 2013 Ive paid LE 2950 included next installment (LE 620). As per Mr. Omar and Mr. Ahmed Adel as they promised me that he will return the amount within 24 hours as this is bank rules. - Im tried to call him as per our agreement next day but he didnt answer my call and Ive tried again for last week to reach him but he always ignored my call and they answered ( call later as he so busy ) Kindly I need to ask you question,, how come multinational bank treats their customers by this ways and a lot of over promising from bank side and customer care but no one contact me till now, how come you applied amounts on customers account without referring or education the customer before ????? Its my rights please that I want to return all those amounts again to my account as there is no communications from your side for all this amounts and this is against central bank policies (after referring to central bank retail manager) How can a Bank who claims to be one of the multinational bank worldwide, tolerates issues such as this latest one, which frankly is appalling, disappointing and lets just say indescribable...Is a tragedy !! Im sorry to tell you that if you didnt reply within two business days I will take legal action with your bank and my complaint will be communicated with legal dep. For Central bank (Head of Retail and central bank regional manager) as per agreement with the Head of your manager to escalate my problem, if no action has been taken from your side. Hoping that this will bring to its end this urgent matter, I thanks you in advance dear Sir for your cooperation, and thank you in anticipation for your urgent and needed reply.. the bank direct me to make any action and will not be able to solve the problem without reasons .. the manager of shehab branch very bad image to the bank and no customer satisfiction anymore .. Im direct now to the retail manager of the centre bank of egypt for nearest action
