i have a question ..... why are people so reluctant to rent out their equipment to someone trying to get their license ?? not only have i offered to pay for flight time used but a year of insurance and the next annual and yet nobody has taken me up on my offers .im 31 , took my first ride when i could see over the side of the basket , that was 23 years ago , ive been hooked ever since . getting my cert is something ive always wanted to do but like some people , cash flow has been my biggest set back , plus until recently ive always said to myself , you dont need a license you dont even have a balloon , but ive found more people are will to loan you equipment if your already a pilot so i figured why not try to get it again .. its just discouraging to me too see people complaining about not enough new pilots and ballooning becoming a dying sport when ive wanted to become a pilot for a long time , with no takers to my offers .. so here it is .. is there anyone out there thats nice enough to rent me a 90 or a 105 to get my license ???
