i have been running my kayak hire business (Hibiscus Kayak Hire) for 6 years, Actually it was established in Wanganui years ago, then i moved to Whangaparaoa and rebuilt this service. I am thinking about making SHORT RIVER TRIPS FREE on Waiwera River and Puhoi River. May sound crazy but in fact my kayak hire business is about tourism and fun, instead of income. It is not even a full time business. :) Anyway, of course i am not able to make RIVER TRIPS free alone, so I am in need of SPONSORS. I think 2-3 sponsors could help financially. I can offer so many types of promotion for supporters. For example: SIGN on my KAYAK HIRE van... advertisement on my website kayakhire.co.nz which is the strongest domain regarding KAYAKING in Google. Distributing business cards to customers, etc. I think $100 per sponsor per month would make this revolutionary idea come true. Only 2-3 sponsors I am looking for to support local community and tourism better in a different way. Contact me if you know of someone or something that would be helpful. I think it is a good promotional opportunity for tourism, hospitality and kayak related businesses. :)
