i have come to learn that in a marriage it is not only CHEATING OR TRUST issues that can destroy it BUT the fact that when u come together u cease to be U the talkative public girl & he ceases to be HIM the private quiet gentleman to make an US & this US cannot work if the two of you keep trying to change each other instead of trying to compromise & it will not work either if you don du US not US PLUS FAMILY / FRIENDS/rats..i have also learnt that COMMUNICATION OR THE LACK THERE OF can break a marriage ..TIMMING INTERMS OF COMMUNICATION is KEY ..YOU know it don help your case if you choose a tym where YOUR PARTNER is under pressure with PROJECTS to communicate that YOU are unhappy with how they treat you ..FIND A MORE APPROPRIATE TIME ..ALSO ..CHOICE OF WORDS when you tell your COMPANION that you upset about something ..if you gonna be pulling out every swear word in the book all he /she can hear is the swear words NOT WHAT yo problem is .LET US TRY TO AVOID CREATING ANOTHER PROBLEM WHILST COMMUNICATING ANOTHER OR ALL WE END UP WITH IS A WHOLE BUNCH OF PROBLEMS NO SOLUTIONS ..I have also learnt that keeping it short help GET TO THE POINT CHOP CHOP & find a SOLUTION CHOP CHOP so keep it SHOT & SWEET not long & nasty .I have also learnt that BOTTLING UP ISSUES IS NOT GOOD ..am not one to bottle up well in most cases i try not to but off-coarse being human am bound to be reminded of the past by certain triggers like this weekend is going to be very very difficult for me & i do not know how to handle it that EVENT because of CERTAIN PEOPLE TRAVELLING FROM JOBURG FOR IT or maybe okay i know what to do ..flip am i diverting here ? okay let me close this one & let you know what an EXCITING FAMILY EVENT I HAVE WITH MY NIECES AT THE SWAZILAND NATIONAL SCIENCE FARE WHERE THEY ARE RECEIVING MEDALS LAST YEAR THEY WON GOLD ..ITS TWO GALS, FOR DEVELOPING 1) DANDELION COFFEE 2)ONION AS CURE FOR FLU AND COUGHS ..THIS YEAR THEY ARE DOING STRESS IN SCHOOL KIDS AND HOW IT AFFECTS PERFORMANCE AND SOCIAL LIFE 2) LANDFILL WASTE ..so wud rather BE WITH THEM THAN ATTEND THE EVENT
