i just made this on the spot from stuff in the fridge. i diced & seasoned potatoes, with steamed broccoli & asparagus, topped off with tomato, and avocado, with some grilled onion. mmmm throw some Xtra V Ol. oil and some sea salt for them potatoes . add some cayenne, followed by crushed garlic cloves and some crushed blk pepper, cook it until the potatoes are a nice toasty roasted golden brown then. add a dash of bbq sauce, let it cook into the potatoes. throw the broccoli and asparagus (low heat). let it sink in with the juices of the steamed vegetables, then top it off by placing said food onto a plate and the good part add some tomato and avocado. so freaking good. cooking is fun. Every cook has a duty to make sure that every bit of their ingredients is used with love, just like loving every bit of a lady. An old fart taught me that.
