i know i know, Youve heard it before and it is tiresome stop eating meat, especially PROCESSED meat but meat is NOT a medicine, it is a toxin especially processed. Vegetables ARE medicine they CURE Diabetes, Cancer, Alzheimers, heart disease and they reduce cholesterol and a whole host of other dis-ease . YES i know we vegetarians do go on about it and we know that you meat eaters like the taste of meat, it completes your meal BUT at what cost. Anyone who is really hung up on meat and say there is no real science should get hold of a book The China Study. This study was done over a 25 year time scale, full time, and it took into account ALL diets, life styles both in the country and in the cities. The outcome was not only interesting but life saving. If you have read this far you will be now reading what it is that combines to create Cancer, the study identified that MEAT and certain nuts and vegetables CREATE Cancer. Have you EVER wondered, HOW do the scientists GIVE cancer to rats (Guaranteed) 100% guaranteed. Here goes there is a compound, a mold; Aflatoxin:a naturally occurring mycotoxin that are produced by Aspergillus flavus and Aspergillus parasiticus, species of fungi (grow on crops such as peanuts (especially) and wheat, corn, beans and rice). It is the mold on these plants and in an of themselves are not 100% guaranteed to cause Cancer but when combined with meat it is 100% guaranteed to cause Cancer. And it is THIS combination that scientists use to infect mice or rats or whatever animal so they can test compounds or medicine to find a cure. Cutting out meat cuts the chances of getting Cancer but cutting vegetables and not cutting meat does NOT. The science is there,in one of the biggest studies that have EVER taken place on the largest sample ever and the results are ABSOLUTE or as absolute as they can. If you are, still, not convinced, do the study dietary nutrition of vegetables and the dietary nutrition of meat. Meat is HIGH in protein (Low quality) Vegetables are low in protein (High quality) Would you rather have a Low quality fuel in your car but have to put more of it in or a High quality fuel in your car but have to put less in? The vehicle with the high quality fuel will not require as much maintenance because there is less particulates and will rarely clog the engine and fuel lines. Whereas the vehicle with the Low quality fuel will require more maintenance because there are more particulates and will clog the engine and fuel lines. Before i became a vegetarian i did the research, BUT i also looked at the suffering that animals have to go through to feed my habit and i could not reconcile my habit with their suffering, and the science more than tipped me over the edge.
