i know its not easy to do but fans need to relax and look at the bright side of the last 2 years with this club there buliding to be contenders for a long haul not over night. tito when he took the job said this team will be bulit to win and will never quit the last 2 years theres been no quit in this team and down to the wire we have been in it this is a huge bulding block for young kids. tito has put the heart in the team the scouting has rebulit the farm system mickey has bulit one hell of pitching staff. yes some changes need to be made and they will be tito when he took this job said this is not and over night thing and the first time he feels the club doesnt help him or listen then hes not dooing his job. if u ask me tito deserves back to back manger of the year to keep this team this year in it is better job then he did last year. this year we seen 2 break out stars in kluber and brantley last year we seen kipnis break out to a star ( oblique injury this year really hurt and its not easy to recover from next year he will be fine) we have seen alot from this team what wins is pitching and ill put are pitching of kluber carrasico bauer salazar and house against anyone. shaw atch and zep 3 guys out that [en u can count out but being over worked took there toll on them. cody was always groomed to be this teams closer and he took that job a year ahead of when they thought. locking up brantley kip and gomez was brilliant by the front office. fans can argue or agree or disagree about the free agwnts we signed it swish and bourn but let me tell u those 2 helped change the whole chemistry in that locker room and giambi helped alot more then people think yeeah u can throw him under the bus and say he has to retire and go but dont under esimtate the knowledge he has tough these kids about the grind and how to go about a full season and the grind it takes. we have huge above avearge talent so close to being ready with playing time and young under control for years in lindor and aguilar. lindors d and bat will be huge. aguliar is the first bonfied power bat we have bulit since the 90s. there alot postives to take from this season and last and ill say this its probably a good thing the tribe had the run they did last year and get a taste and this year to over come horrible hitting and horrible d and the players know they wasted great pitching this is a good thing it will only makes these kids more hungery and more of a chip to show there young and ready to have run for mutiple years u have bulit the core of the team tito is the heart mickey is the brain. and the farm system is the soul because were buliding next guy up steps in ( and its no joke that 3 of farm systems made the playoffs) ... seriously take a step back look and think and u will see tito and annotenti have a plan there sticking to that going work. the FO has alot options to work with and the buliding is right if u really look at it u can see it being bulit right
