i promised myself, not too many political posts during this election, so given that im limiting myself to just a few. heres one that helps us get better informed about the economy. a vote for the LNP is not a vote for better economic managers, truth is labour and liberal manage the economy in very similar ways. but please do consider the LNP approach to: climate change; environmental protections; the rule of law and juvenile justice (axing referral by the courts for youth conferencing etc); the independence of the judiciary; the random and ideological, not considered approach to reducing the public service; corruption of the electoral donations system; bypassing the subcommittee processes in parliament; social conservatism; the defunding of services for marginalised people, such as tenants advocacy, the youth arts sector, aids prevention services etc; and development approval processes bypassing local councils, particularly on the sunshine coast. i support good governance, good ideas, building healthy and connected communities, and utilising our intellectual and human capital far more effectively! theconversation/the-true-state-of-queenslands-economy-without-the-spin-35959
