i remember the entire time from grade school on up to even high school( i think) we said the pledge of allegence and national anthem. Now i know theres a few ppl who are butt hurt that they dont do that anymore in public schools but do you think your kids give a shit or even grasp the concept of patriotism? youd like to think so but in actuality theyre all just like we were as kids thinking is it over yet? believe me concepts of patriotism or even religion isnt conceptualized and retained through mundane rituals...its learned through interaction with each other inconcordance with maybe some history lessons. Weve become a self-centered society and forgot the meaning of team work. and all of this is coming from the least religous, patriotic, and lil selfish person you know ppl. So get over yourself and get it together...if its anything this shitty army has taught me is put your petty shit aside and complete the mission at hand..america its our mission to prepare our childrens future...so lets teach them to be not so petty and think of the bigger picture and encourage to think for themselves and never be afraid to question authority...ok im done ranting.
