i spent 4 hours in the hospital lastnight becuase of a headach i been fighting for 4 days they sayed its because of muscle spasms in my temple of my head and my blood pressure has beeen 151 over 82 and higher. the medicine they gave me is easin the pain butg not taking it away. i even tried sleeping most of the day on and off but nothing is working. i love all my friends and family. hope everyone has a wonderful night. im going to try and walk and get a pop and then try and rest. Thanks you chris foe for taking care of me and putting up with me crying i love you. mom im sorry that i missed yu online today i love you. God please help take this headach away so i can get better i havent hurt this bad in a longtime. please keep praying for me to get better. i love everyone
