i spotted this baby at rajouri garden(outside the mall which is getting built) she is suffering and i am not sure what it is... i tried feeding her and befriend her but she continued maintaining distance from me though she ate what ever i gave her...i was standing there for an hour in hope that may be she will allow me to come near her but she kept running i wanted to take her to a vet but she didnt allowed me... i am worried... what should i do? i even called my friend for help but we failed to take her to a vet as she kept hiding and running...
