i thought i was doing something healthy, low calorie, but i didnt sus the label very well, there are 2 packages in each box, your supposed to add 3 cups of water to a package, i was doing that and then wolfing down the entire thing, i mean 3 cups, 24 oz, right, RIGHT, and 1 serving is 1/2 a cup, and contains 660 mg od sodium, so i was ingesting 4000 mg of sodium, no wonder my blood pressure was erupting like it was, check out the pic of the history from my blood pressure cuff memory from the other night, this soup will kill you, what good jewish boy would only eat 1/2 a cup of chicken soup???
