i used to teach preschool kids, and i remember one day, we were learning about plants and flowers for spring season. i sat them in a circle, and we made a big poster of what flowers need to grow. so, a few of the kids came up with the basics: water, sunlight, etc. then, an adorable little boy named Gavin raised his hand. and i asked him, Gavin, what else do flowers need to grow. he said, in his cute little voice, love. my heart melted. i will never forget that moment. it reminds me that there is still beauty in the world. 🌻❤️
