i vow i will never give up complaining against a system that is in denial about what it does to sick people, that is the HSE. we need to clean that act up. anyone who has been injured either physically or psychologically by community care MUST report. they have a duty of CONSIDERATION that if it happens them it happens others, this is called community working at its best to be vigilant. withdrawal of services, verbal abuse, name calling, denial of wrong doing, releasing information to third party without knowledge, entering your home without full informed consent, entering your home under pressure, making demands on your self and the way you life when its contrary to what you wish, all these and more should be reported. written reports can go to the following: yoursay i think that one is called. its a HSe complaints proceedure, but be very careful of it, you wont get justice but its the first thing you must do. the ombudsmans office. the equality tribunal financial ombudsman data protection for information Freedom of Information requesting medical files is so useful i cannot tell you how much, you will need to name exactly what you are seeking, what files, from who etc. you are entitled to see ALL medical notes, all of them. be careful of them obliterating tracts they do not want you to see, they can do this citing third party confidentiality. contact then the Data Commissioner or the Courts. you are entitled to all this under LAW. you are entitled to feel cared for, safe, supported and secure. you are not obliged to take shit from the community care teams under any circumstances whatsover. fight your corner and you build a community who will then follow the leader. never believe you are alone, you are NOT! cmon, trott on and dig deep for the justice of it.
