i was just trying to capture this evenings sunset and i have failed. Im not sure that Ive ever seen the sky like this before. No chemtrails a few clouds sheltering the mountains that ring seattle. An amazing golden glow along the horizon. And above a blue sky... just open blue sky with a waning moon. For those that watch the dance of the planets the upcoming new moon is also a transition for a mercury retrograde in Cancer. Im not sure if Im all that bought into a lot of the astrology oogla boogla, but there are patterns and rythems to life that arent operating on our mechanical clock works. Maybe they do align to the clock work of our solar system, or maybe we just marvel at it and attribute our intention to it. Probably doesnt matter. The classical interpretation of the upcoming new moon is of particular importance to cancer. But for me it says we all have a lot less confusion about whats going on coming. Less this -vs- that where the differences are illusions with no real basis in anything important. Less delusion that ends somehow justify means when we already know the direction of the means is simply repulsive and have already seen that the END cant manifest as anything more that a rerun of the same repulsive means. Maybe we can all grow up a little bit and find the differences in each other to celebrate and the similarities that should compete. Maybe we can look a little deeper at each other than the divisive sound bites. Maybe... Or maybe not.. and thats ok too... we can just keep driving along with the means we hate justified by an end that will never happen.. over and over again... I suppose thats just a minor subtle bipolar difference between insanity and hope. I think wed all be better off to stop the means we hate than to hope it will have a different ending. But thats just me.
