i watch a lot of netflix while working on guitars and such. i watch some of the random series about magic bullets (what i call a cop show... because people who endorse cops have the delusion of the magic bullet, where evil can be used for good, and where the cops are somehow morally different from other humans). When i watch these shows, i KNOW they are delusional. But i imagine that when other people watch them, they think they represent regular life. For them, there is no willful suspension of disbelief. in other words.... they are crazy. I watch them for research... they let me know just how sick the people around me are.
