i would like to nominate N. Power for this years incompetent useless bastards of the year award. 6 weeks ago i was informed my monthly direct debit was going from 75 quid a month to 140 a month , i told them that 85 a month was all i was prepared to pay,because in the past ive been over 500 pound in credit & that is not acceptable . so my 85 pounds was accepted & set up ,then in June they took 140 out of my account .I claimed it back under the direct debit guarantee . i then paid 85 pounds over the phone & was assured that it was all sorted out .This morning i get a letter saying my direct debit is now 135 a month 133 electric & 2 pounds gas . how ludicrous is that? i contacted them & they assured me i would be paying 85 pounds a month from July & its all set up ,but they told me that last month & i know they will screw up again in July . THE MADMAN IS MAD ABOUT THIS
